Higher heights
In the process of self improvement and advancement, the biggest changes are at the core, in the foundation, It has to come from within. And small. No amount of external motivation can connect with the core. To do that, one must just look inwards. And stare, then connect the dots. Look inside, and look at nature, then conclude.
